Senior Retail Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior retail leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our South of the River WA locations.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and customer service. If you have a proven track record of driving sales and KPIs, and are passionate about leading and inspiring a team to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivate your team to achieve exceptional results in customer engagement and added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation

Requirements:
  • 1+ years management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Possession of a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • Ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Operational excellence with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
