Lead Department Manager

As a lead department manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profit goals by setting a clear strategy for your department to deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with industry standards. You will ensure you have a high-performing team and foster their growth through succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership principles.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Analyzing and following up on sales & profit KPIs for your department, collaborating with the visual merchandising team to maximize sales and drive business growth.
  • Driving the customer loyalty program in line with company goals, promoting customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high standards within your department, adhering to quality control processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Working closely with your visual merchandising team to implement commercial strategies, driving commercial excellence and sales growth.
  • Evaluating and managing your team's performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, developing plans, and taking appropriate actions to improve performance and develop your team.
  • Developing a talent pipeline in your department to support business needs, ensuring succession planning and career growth opportunities.
