About the Role

As our Production Scheduler, you will be developing clear, well-planned weekly schedules that keep our factory teams running efficiently and our projects on track for delivery. You'll balance site capacity, labour, and materials to make sure the right things are being made at the right time.

This role is central to ensuring that every part of the production floor – from fabrication to freight – has the information, support, and tools to work at their best. You'll also oversee production admin support, coach team members, and keep our ERP system (Business Central) updated with accurate data so we can all make confident decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain accurate weekly production schedules for the factory
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Engineering, Sales and Site Management to balance priorities
  • Flag labour and material needs and help resolve any roadblocks
  • Lead morning production meetings to align teams and flag delivery deadlines
  • Coach and direct the Production Admin Support role and oversee daily warehousing admin
  • Manage outbound freight and delivery coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions to support stock and job tracking

About You

You're an organised problem-solver who thrives on keeping things moving. You know your way around a production floor, and you understand how to turn complexity into clarity. You're comfortable juggling competing priorities and love a challenge. You're also a great communicator – equally at ease coordinating freight one minute and coaching a teammate the next.

You'll bring:

  • Solid scheduling and coordination experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong computer skills – particularly in Excel and ERP systems (Business Central experience a plus)
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a keen eye for process improvement
  • Experience supporting or supervising others is a bonus

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing, national business making a meaningful impact through play
  • Work with a down-to-earth, collaborative team that values initiative and contribution
  • Learn and grow alongside experienced leaders who want you to succeed
  • Employee benefits, including well-being support, team lunches, and recognition programs

This role is full-time and based in Welshpool. You must have full working rights in Australia to apply.

We appreciate all the applications we receive and thank you for your interest in PlayCo. Due to the high number of applications we receive, only successful candidates will be contacted.
