About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for leading digital search campaigns and ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital search campaigns across various paid media marketing tactics (SEM)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on search engine marketing best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital search marketing, with a strong understanding of SEM and paid media marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and media
