Senior Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

This senior leadership role oversees the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and asset management outcomes for the community.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineering professionals, managing multiple asset classes and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Acting as an asset owner for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and strategies.
  • Managing the development and implementation of Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Overseeing complex civil infrastructure designs and providing authoritative technical advice.
  • Delivering effective project management, including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.

Essential criteria include:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil and building design, asset management, and delivery of civil works programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing professional engineering teams.
  • Extensive project management experience with proven budgetary and contractual oversight.
