We are seeking a full-time Operational Worker to join our Civil Works Team. This role offers great work-life balance, with a fortnightly rostered day off and the opportunity to develop your career in a long-term opportunity.
As an integral part of our team, you will carry out various labouring duties and civil maintenance tasks associated with construction, including asphalting, drainage and concreting works. You will work collaboratively with a close-knit team and report to the Team Leader.

Requirements:
- Current MR Driver's Licence
- Workcover WH&S General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (Whitecard)
- Demonstrated skills and experience in construction - 10+ years highly desirable
- Proven ability to carry out work in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Understanding of and commitment to WHS and EEO principles and relevant legislation
