About the Role

Renaissance Learning Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key individuals at our customers' schools, providing support and guidance to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our products and solutions.
  • Onboarding and Training: Work closely with new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide training on our Renaissance Global platforms and assessments.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze and aggregate school data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to customers to help them achieve their goals.
  • Communication and Presentation: Represent Renaissance Learning Inc. at customer meetings and presentations, providing contextual educational knowledge and expertise to support our customers' success.
  • Renewal and Upsell: Proactively manage and monitor customer renewal to ensure revenue targets are met, and identify opportunities to upsell our products and solutions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development Managers, to ensure seamless support and communication with our customers.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Education and Experience: A good educational background, with experience in teaching in a K-12 setting, preferably with 2-5 years of teaching experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Renaissance Global products, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to customers.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
