Key Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal administrative and operational position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to major account customers.

  • They oversee the entire lifecycle of order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver scheduled reporting for customers and the sales team, maintaining records of sales trends and providing essential insights.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for customers onto our eCommerce portal.
  • Provide active support to Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development staff by assisting with processes, reporting, and operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Actively identify and drive improvements in administrative and operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce enquiries into our customer service team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall sales success.
