About the Role

This is a 12-month contract opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences to major account customers.

You will be the central administrative and operational point of contact, utilizing your Excel skills to drive reporting, backorder management, data management, and process improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, exceed customer expectations, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and innovative environment.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver scheduled and contracted reporting for customers and the sales team. Maintain records of sales trends, manage sales tracking tools, and provide essential insights.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our customers onto our eCommerce ordering portal.
  • Support Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development staff by assisting with processes, reporting, and operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and drive improvements in administrative and operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce enquiries into our customer service team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Strong Excel skills (familiar with Pivot tables, V/X Lookups) are necessary.
  • A confident communicator who can comfortably challenge and ask questions when appropriate is required.
  • A strong eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is necessary.
  • A focus on integrity is required.
