Customer Experience SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team. As a key member of our DTC team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth order fulfillment.About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
  • Coordinate and fulfill corporate orders.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Manage issue resolution for refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar position, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Shopify and Gorgias, and working in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, will be highly regarded.
