Customer Service Role

This is a key position that ensures exceptional customer experiences and smooth order fulfillment.

The Customer Service Coordinator will manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer and business communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
  • Coordinate and fulfill corporate orders.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Manage issue resolution for refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
  • Record and report customer service issues, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.

Experience with order management systems and working in fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
