The Smith Family is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Portfolio Manager to assist with the ongoing sourcing, selection, fitout and relocations across their property portfolio.

About the Role
  • Manage the process of sourcing, evaluating and assessing alternate premises and develop shortlist premises warranting inspection.
  • Participate in detailed inspections to assess suitability.
  • Develop test fit design layouts of shortlisted premises in line with TSF fitout standards.
  • Create financial models to support site evaluation, lease negotiation, contractor and contract pricing.
  • Prepare initial project budgets and related information, including comparison data.
  • Co-ordinate and issue of contract documentation.
  • Manage and co-ordinate fitout or refit projects, including managing statutory requirements (eg certification) and liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

About You

  • You will bring relevant qualifications in leasing and property management, project design and refit, contract management, real estate, or business.
  • Previous experience in managing office fitouts, and administration management within the real estate market, demonstrating a track record of successful negotiations and contract administration.
  • Experience with project management or real estate negotiations, particularly in engaging with landlords, builders and contractors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reviewing lease documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for managing contracts and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
