We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Talent Web. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse property portfolios, including leases, licences, and third-party agreements.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic support to our clients in managing their property portfolios, ensuring compliance with lease terms and critical dates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, contractors, facility managers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Oversee rental payments, prepare high-level property management communications, and contribute to WH&S compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with budget preparation, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in property coordination, with a proven track record of managing diverse property portfolios.
  • Excellent customer service skills, stakeholder management abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leasing documentation, including drafting Heads of Agreements and Leases.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property or real estate (highly regarded).

Location: Brisbane

Estimated Salary: $48 per hour + Super
