Gough Recruitment AU is seeking an experienced Senior Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the daily operations of their property management division. This pivotal role requires a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of service and compliance for a portfolio of 150 properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, manage and mentor the property management team, coordinate on-the-ground tasks effectively, act as the primary liaison between tenants and property owners, address tenant requests, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
  • Achieve financial objectives by overseeing rent collection, expense management, and forecasting, collaborate with the General Manager to strategically grow and improve the department.
  • Lead leasing campaigns, ensure minimal vacancy through competitive advertising and negotiation.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in property management with a proven track record of leadership, ideally a Class 2 Licence.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Proficient in property management software and tools, including Google Suite and PropertyMe.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.

Salary: Up to $120,000 + super, depending on experience.
