About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Property Maintenance Manager to join our team at Property Network of Australia. Based in either Wollongong or Orange, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across a portfolio of assets within this geographical corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are met and optimised.
  • Lead annual maintenance planning with site managers, ensuring legislative and policy adherence.
  • Manage project-based works, including upgrades, refurbishments, and minor construction.
  • Approve work orders, manage invoicing, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular audits to proactively address safety and compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance, safety, and financial commitments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications or extensive experience in facilities, building, or construction management.
  • Previous/existing experience of working for a not for profit organisation.
  • A full drivers license (travel to sites between Wollongong & Orange).
  • Proven experience managing maintenance for a large property portfolio.
  • Expertise in project management, including capex projects and refurbishments.

Compensation Package: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
