You will make a positive impact on people's lives every day by providing exceptional customer service to employers with your workers compensation experience in policy and premiums.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, offering flexibility to work from home.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing the Agent's debtors by controlling outstanding premium value, quantity, age, and proportion
  • Understanding the legislative framework for WorkSafe insurance, including policy creation and maintenance, premium collection, and legal debt recovery actions
  • Maintaining accurate communication with WorkSafe as per EML's Communication Policy

About you:

  • You have a solid understanding of relevant statutory acts and associated regulations governing Premium and Policy
  • You possess strong client focus with effective relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail and analytical, organisational skills
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with competing priorities
  • You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong computer literacy
  • You have a grasp of financial concepts
