**Construction Claims Specialist Position Available**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Claims Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients on navigating their claims process with insurers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with high-level experience across construction insurance policies and claims to drive growth and deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for providing proactive and strategic advice to clients on claims preparation, policy analysis, and claims facilitation.

In this position, you will work closely with large clients and play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver a high level of claims management services. You will also be part of a great team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of experience across construction insurance policies/claims including contract works, industrial special risk, and liability claims
  • Strong technical knowledge around construction claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act proactively to drive relationships and manage a range of stakeholders with a clear customer focus
