About the Position:

The Vehicle Service Coordinator will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience during the vehicle service process, ensuring seamless coordination with technicians and effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and verify vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue
  • Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed, offering suitable recommendations for additional works
  • Coordinate with technicians to guarantee timely completion of repairs and maintenance
  • Offer regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle
  • Address member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and finalize repair orders
  • Support the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates
  • Understand revenue and profit targets
  • Provide site and mobile service administrative support, including data entry and record maintenance, invoicing, and receipting payments, part returns, and correct allocation of part numbers on repair orders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Possess technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable)
  • Exhibit sound administrative skills
  • Display high-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Show effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel and work between centres
