Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating servicing and repair bookings, creating job numbers, allocating tasks to workshop mechanics, and ensuring efficient communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate mechanical experience in a customer service role with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and their applications.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and online platforms.
- Schedule servicing and repair bookings, create job cards, and allocate tasks to workshop mechanics.
- Support the stores division in managing parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client equipment drop-off and collection.
- Collaborate with the Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in creating quotations and service reports, as well as collating relevant workshop and parts information to complete invoices.
- Communicate with clients regarding repair approvals and invoice closures.
- A permanent full-time position with regular working hours.
- Weekly pay with competitive compensation.
