Job Overview- We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator, responsible for the efficient allocation of resources and maintaining member relationships during vehicle breakdown experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven ability to deliver outstanding service. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the efficient allocation of roadside resources to meet service standards;
- Collaborating with colleagues, managers, and support teams to ensure effective service delivery;
- Providing proactive and exceptional service during member vehicle breakdowns;
- Ensuring workplace safety for yourself, team members, and members;
- Working with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in dispatch or logistics environments;
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm;
- Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities;
- Service Excellence: A strong focus on delivering outstanding service;
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team;
