Sales Associate Onsite WA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Stockland, a leading community developer in the northwest coastal region.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales consultants across all stages of the sales process, providing exceptional customer service and customer care to all stakeholders.
- Manage incoming information, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries, and respond to sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Book initial visits for potential home buyers with sales consultants and keep them informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs.
- Track and report results of all incoming and outbound communication, including fortnightly call reports.
- Issue contracts and manage contract administration.
- You have a strong background in sales, preferably in real estate, development, or construction, or a similar industry.
- You hold a current real estate registration and have a genuine interest in driving sales.
- You have experience in database management and are skilled in multitasking, time management, and organization.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a current driver's license.
