In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and managing incoming information via various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales enquiries and provide guidance to potential home buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland
  • Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, and general enquiries
  • Book initial visits for potential home buyers with Sales Consultants
  • Keep potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs
  • Report on results of all incoming and outbound communication and fortnightly call reports
  • Contract management – issuing of contracts
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a genuine interest in driving sales and a strong ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.

Key requirements include:

  • Sales experience from a background in real estate, development, or construction
  • Currently hold a real estate registration
  • Experience in database management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
