About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to join our team to support one of our most popular launch projects. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service excellence, sales acumen, and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all sales enquiries, providing guidance before passing onto your Sales Consultant
  • Provide exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland
  • Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, general enquiries
  • Book initial visits for potential home buyers with Sales Consultants
  • Keep potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs
  • Reporting – track results of all incoming and outbound communication and fortnightly call reports
  • Contract management – issue contracts
About You
  • Sales experience from a background in real estate, development, or construction
  • Desirable to hold a current real estate registration and driving license
  • A genuine interest in driving sales and developing and growing your sales career further
  • Experience in database management
  • Strong ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and be well-organized
  • Natural ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible approach, as you may be required to move projects from time to time
