About the Opportunity
This is a full-time, permanent position working onsite Wednesday - Sunday 9.45am-5pm. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in every phase of the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to and learning from the entire sales cycle.
About the Role
- Respond to all sales enquiries in the first instance, providing guidance before passing onto your Sales Consultant
- Provide exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland
- Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, general enquiries
- Book initial visits for potential home buyers with Sales Consultants
- Keep potential home buyers informed of key information including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs
- Report on the results of all incoming and outbound communication and fortnightly call reports
- Manage contracts, including issuing of contracts
About You
- Sales experience from a background in real estate, development or construction would be preferable, but we are open to considering other sales backgrounds, such as outbound call centre environments, if you have an interest in growing your sales career
- Desirable to hold a current real estate registration and driving licence
- A genuine interest in driving sales
- Experience in database management
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and be well-organised
- Natural ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible approach, as you may be required to move projects from time to time
