Key Responsibilities- Respond to all sales enquiries, providing guidance before passing onto your Sales Consultant
- Provide exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland
- Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, general enquiries
- Book initial visits for potential home buyers with Sales Consultants
- Keep potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs
- Report on results of all incoming and outbound communication and fortnightly call reports
- Manage contracts, including issuing of contracts
- Sales experience from a background in real estate, development, or construction is preferable, but we are open to considering other sales backgrounds, such as outbound call centre environments, if you have an interest in growing your sales career
- Desirable to hold a current real estate registration and driving licence
- A genuine interest in driving sales
- Experience in database management
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and be well-organised
- Natural ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible approach, as you may be required to move projects from time to time
