
Community Development Manager

The Participation Coordinator is a pivotal role in driving participation growth across the region.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to increase participant numbers.
- Increase the number of Auskick and Superkick centres in the region by implementing effective promotional activities.
- Ensure each program meets curriculum requirements, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
- Drive transition and retention strategies from AFL programs to junior club football.
- Liaise with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders to deliver school football competitions and programs.
Main Objectives:
- Foster inclusive environments and pathways through close collaboration with Junior Community Clubs.
- Implement efficient data management systems within our CRM – Salesforce.
- Contribute to key projects within and outside core responsibilities, supporting the broader team's success.
To excel in this role, you will require well-developed communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A fun and enthusiastic nature with a passion for working with children is essential.
- A proven track record of strong organisation, planning, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
- Proven negotiation abilities and flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
- A demonstrated interest and knowledge of Australian Football.
- A valid driver's license for regional travel.
