Business Growth Specialist

This role involves identifying and developing business relationships to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the SaaS industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through timely outbound calls and other forms of communication.
  • Identify key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network with influencers, consultants, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Strong interest in the SaaS industry.
  • Passionate about people and building relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with creativity.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
