Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand charter business in the region, driving sales and fostering growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and refine existing business strategies in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure effective charter allocations.
  • Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
  • Built and maintain relationships with clients, schools, employees, and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for senior team members as needed.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with significant experience in sales and marketing. Ideal candidates will have Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong numerical and analytical abilities, a self-motivated approach to a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
