**Job Title: Multitasking Hotel Team Member**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Multitasking Hotel Team Member to join our vibrant hotel team. As a key member of our team, you will work across Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Front Office, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Public Area Maintenance**: Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • **Food Preparation**: Prepare, cook, and deliver ordered meals/snacks to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Guest Service**: Provide passionate and friendly service to external and internal guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • **Security**: Ensure security policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work across different departments, taking on varied tasks and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Hold a valid QLD RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexible availability to work overnight shifts including weekends with minimal supervision.

**Salary Estimate:** The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
