Job Description: Hotel Multi-Tasking Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic Overnight Hotel All Rounder to join our team As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.

  • **Housekeeping**: Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • **Kitchen**: Prepare, cook, and deliver ordered meals/snacks, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • **Front Office**: Ensure guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in a professional manner and without delay.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure our guests receive top-notch service, and we are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.

This role requires flexibility, including working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. You must be willing to learn and grow with our team, embracing our company values and culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A strong ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (i.e., Opera).
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • A valid QLD RSA (Response Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
