At a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, we're looking for a Site Lead to join our expanding technical team. As a Desktop Support Officer, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch support to customers with a positive attitude.

Your main responsibility will be to lead and manage a medium-sized technical team in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. You'll also be responsible for personable interactions with end-users, developing friendly bonds and escalating tickets effectively.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in technology. If you have proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a can-do mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with stakeholders. They should also be flexible and able to handle unusual situations.
