- Proven experience managing technical teams and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others resolve technical issues.
- Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new solutions and concepts.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to handle unusual situations.
Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
