Embark on a challenging and rewarding career as a Class Actions Litigation Lawyer with one of NSW's top plaintiff firms.

About the Role

This unique opportunity allows you to work on high-level complex large-scale class actions litigation cases, obtaining justice for plaintiffs. As part of our fast-growing CLASS ACTIONS team, you will be actively involved in assisting the partner with class actions, including liaising with clients, other solicitors, counsels, experts, legal research, preparing letters and court documents, obtaining and reviewing evidence, preparing briefs to counsel, and assisting with settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.

Our client is a reputable plaintiff law firm with 35+ years of success. They are home to industry-leading litigators who are passionate about fighting for justice for plaintiffs in respect of their personal injury claims, estates/will disputes, and class actions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law graduate or admitted lawyer qualification;
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in class actions litigation and/or large-scale high-end superior court litigation;
  • Strong academics;
  • Proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability, results-driven approach, and strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Outstanding communication, time prioritisation, and people skills;
  • A passion for litigation, love of justice, and a desire to advance your career in CLASS ACTIONS litigation long-term.
