We are seeking a Class Actions Litigation Associate to join our fast-growing team, offering a rare opportunity to break into the highly sought-after class actions niche.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a motivated and ambitious lawyer with a passion for justice and a desire to advance their career in class actions litigation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in class actions litigation and/or large-scale high-end superior court litigation, strong academics, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Accredited Specialist Partner with class actions, including liaising with clients, other solicitors, counsel, and experts.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare letters and court documents, obtain and review evidence, and prepare briefs to counsel.
  • Participate in settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.
