We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for running cases on a day-to-day basis, developing case strategies, and managing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years PQE in a similar role within the legal industry and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex class action projects.
As a key asset in our firm's expansion plans, our Senior Associates play a crucial role in shaping our strategy and driving results. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters career growth and provides opportunities for professional development.
In this role, you will lead and manage class action projects from initiation to completion, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and mentor junior associates.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in relevant legal software and tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
