Senior Class Actions Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Class Actions Litigation Attorney to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our client's fast-growing Class Actions practice, you will have the opportunity to work on high-level complex large-scale class actions litigation cases and make a significant impact in delivering justice for plaintiffs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Actively engaging in the day-to-day case management of interesting and stimulating complex class actions;
- Taking on a leadership role mentoring juniors as the practice grows;
- Working closely with industry-leading mentors and solid admin support;
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Be a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW;
- Have 4-20+ years' experience in large-scale high-end superior court litigation including some class actions;
- Have strong academics and proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
- Be adaptable, results-driven, and possess strong Microsoft Office skills;
- Have outstanding communication, advocacy, time prioritization, and people & leadership skills;
- Love litigation and have a passion for justice;
- Be willing and able to relocate to Sydney if not currently in Sydney.
