Your New Role/Career

As a key litigator within the firm, you will handle a wide range of complex cases, from commercial disputes to class actions. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions.

  • A genuine interest in practicing in the class actions niche long-term.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Location

This exciting opportunity is based in Sydney, with occasional interstate travel required.
