Seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex class actions and commercial litigation cases.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will have a proven track record of success in high-end commercial litigation and class actions.
  • You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, including communicating their needs and expectations.
  • You will work closely with our team of experts to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases.
  • You will have strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience as a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW.
  • Proven experience in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions.
  • Experience litigating in the higher courts, including Federal and Supreme Courts.
  • Strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
