Strategic Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Office and driving initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to senior executives and external stakeholders, as well as coordinating communications and engagement activities. You will also be responsible for workforce capability development and leadership of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior executives and key external stakeholders
- Coordinate communications and engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop workforce capability through process review, development, knowledge management, systems, and data analysis
- Lead and supervise junior staff in the team, branch, and broader organization
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in administration, regulation, projects, communications, and engagement. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiating, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
