Project Coordinator / Facility CoordinatorJoin to apply for the Project Coordinator / Facility Coordinator role at Ventia.About The RoleVentia has partnered with TasWater for their Facility Management Contract to maintain and service 1,835 sites across Tasmania.Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the Facility Coordinator is to coordinate and assist with all facility management services delivered to nominated TasWater sites.This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Moonah, Tasmania.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure statutory maintenance is provided and measured across all TasWater sites.Monitor completion of planned maintenance.Deliver services according to scope and quality standards.Control costs through initiatives, quality management, and contractor efficiencies.Provide leadership and direction to contractors.Deliver customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs.Manage, report, and monitor financial performance against budget, including forecasting for planned works.Ensure contractor compliance with Ventia procedures and policies.Qualifications and SkillsCandidates should have experience in a similar role, working with various tradespeople, and possess:Knowledge of cost planningExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work flexibly in a complex environment with multiple stakeholdersA current driver's licenseSuccessful candidates will be required to undertake a police check and medical assessment.Our Commitment to DiversityVentia values diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Maori, Pasifika, LGBTQI+, women, veterans, spouses, and people with disabilities.What We OfferCompetitive salary, career growth opportunities, and discounts on health insurance, banking, travel, car hire, and leasing through our partnerships.How to ApplyClick "Apply Now" to submit your application.
