Job Title: Strategic Capital Works Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead the delivery of our strategic capital works projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex construction projects, managing contracts, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet technical, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Current driver's license.
  • White card.
  • Experience in delivering capital projects in a local government environment.
  • Additional studies in business, finance, urban planning, and/or management.
