Project Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead and deliver multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

  • Project Leadership: Deliver end-to-end development and infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to construction and handover. Prepare and manage project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors. Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs (engineering, planning, surveying, environmental) to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
  • Financial and Commercial Management: Manage project financial performance including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and autonomy while applying sound judgement across diverse technical and planning domains. Provide leadership to project teams, mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information effectively. Understanding of local development approval processes is desirable.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of project profitability and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • Organisational Skills: Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills. Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with competing deadlines.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
