Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a large civil project for the TasWater Capital Delivery Office.
">Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with the documentation required under the UGL and TW CDO Management System.
- Review and plan the project with the Project Manager to guarantee technical aspects of the job are clear and well-understood.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical-based queries from associated subcontractors / suppliers.
- Liaise with designers as needed, as well as with the Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, and the Project Planner regarding schedule issues and status of activities.
- Oversee the Site Engineer's preparation of all Inspection and Test Plans and associated Project Specific Procedures.
- Assist the Project Manager with all procurement and purchases of goods and services.
- Evaluate risks and hazards involved in tasks and methods to manage the hazards and prevent incidents, injury, and damage.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing monthly reports and attending the monthly report meetings with the client.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with direct or indirect reports.
- Adhere to responsibilities outlined in the Work Health Safety Training Needs Analysis Matrix.
