Event Manager Role

This is a permanent, 4 day per week role based at our distillery in Healesville.

The Four Pillars Experience:
  • We are looking for an event manager to organize and manage unique experiences such as gin making workshops, local dinners, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
  • You will be responsible for managing the logistics of these events including venue selection, catering, audio visual equipment, staffing and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish.
  2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
  3. Budget Management: Manage budgets for each event to ensure they stay within set limits.
