Fitness Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team at RACV Healesville Country Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting fitness assessments, creating exercise programs and leading group fitness training sessions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and wellness and wants to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on team collaboration.
The role involves working across various shifts including weekends, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
A Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualifications are highly desirable. If you have a strong desire to help guests achieve their goals and are eager to learn and continuously improve, then we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Conduct fitness assessments, program writing and group fitness training sessions
- Create specialised exercise programs and perform detailed health assessments
- Maintain client files with strong administration skills
