About the Opportunity

The Banyalla Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our refined dining establishment, known for its fantastic food offerings & wine list. This role requires availability evenings and weekends, ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are enthusiastic about creating memorable dining experiences and have a strong background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you.

  • Lead Our Team: Motivate, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, cost control, and stocktaking
  • Drive Profitability: Focus on cost control and revenue generation to meet financial targets.
  • Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Foster a welcoming and efficient atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

  • Proven restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
