We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive business growth by identifying and approaching new clients, sourcing top talent, and providing expert advice throughout the recruitment process.

About This Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting techniques.
  • Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities through thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment processes.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial consultation to offer and placement, while providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of employment, offering market insight to clients and candidates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in agency recruitment within a professional industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivation and confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
