Job Title: Human Resources Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our HR team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our brand values.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes and support managers in employee development and career progression.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance skills and career growth within the team.
  • HR Strategy: Contribute to the overall HR strategy, helping to grow and evolve the HR function as the company scales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
