We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role will see you utilize your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to customers to organize new services and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing customer orders and requests
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues and provide support
  • Processing customer inquiries efficiently and proactively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales, and Services team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Making outgoing calls to customers to promote our services and products
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and processing customer jobs through our internal software
  • Processing and approving customer invoices through our internal software
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and background checks.
