Customer Support Co-ordinator

We are seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis. This role will involve utilizing your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to customers to organize new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing Purchase Orders: Accurately process purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Liaising with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers on a daily basis to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Processing Enquiries: Efficiently process customer enquiries and proactively resolve client issues.
  • Supporting Teams: Collaborate with the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables.
  • Outgoing Calls: Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services.
  • Job Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and process jobs through our internal software.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and approve invoices for customers through our internal software.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support).
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Love working in a team environment.
  • Ariba Experience: Experience using Ariba would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
